Do you have CE documents and other customs clearance documents?

Yes, we have CE certification and provide one-stop service for you.
We will show you the documents first. After shipment, we will send you the CE certificate, packing list, commercial invoice and sales contract for customs clearance.

If we are interested in your machines, how should we choose?

1. What is the main work you will use the machine for?
2. What is the maximum working area you require?
3. What are the diameter and length of your materials?
4. What material do you want to cut, stainless steel or carbon steel?
5. What is your preferred brand of laser generator? The laser generator is an optional part, with different choices for different customers.

What is your warranty policy?

2-year quality warranty. Any faults occurring within the warranty period shall entitle free replacement of the machine and its main components (excluding consumables). Some parts will be repaired instead of replaced.

Do you provide after-sales support?
